Our gourmet cooking groups are popular. Each group provides unique opportunities in the exploration of cooking and the enjoyment of sharing great food with good friends.
EPICUREANS welcomes new members. Typically the group meets on the last Friday of each month at a restaurant or a member's home. If you’d like to join this dynamic group with loads of interesting things planned, contact the leader noted below. (VO)
EVENING GOURMET is a new gourmet group and welcomes new members. The group will meet every 4-6 weeks at host homes or area restaurants, with the host choosing the date, theme and/or venue. HAPPY COOKERS (at capacity) samples different cuisines from countries around the world, as well as regional American specialties. Members take turns hosting, coordinating menus, and cooking ahead of the group gathering. All participants share the expense of the meals. Past luncheons have included vegetarian, organic, Italian, Paleo and Hungarian just to name a few.
LUNCHTIME GOURMET is a new gourmet group and welcomes new members. The group will meet at members' homes and limited to 8-10 members. The first planning meeting will be held October 8, 2021 via Zoom. If you would like to join this group and be included in planning, contact the leader noted below.
PETIT GOURMET (at capacity) likes to mix it up, figuratively and literally. Our activities have ranged from a professional paella making lesson, dumpling tasting at a wonderful restaurant, and a Downton Abbey High Tea at a member’s home. A love of cooking, interesting experiences and great conversation is the roux blending it all together.
