Out & About
May 3 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Open to members and guests.
Join us to see the amazing display of azaleas at the Washington Park Arboretum! We will walk along Azalea Way, which was developed in the late 1930s as the key feature of the original Olmsted Brothers design. It is a 3/4 mile long level walk through the heart of the arboretum featuring azaleas, cherries, dogwoods, and magnolias set against a backdrop of evergreens.
You may want to extend your stay and visit the Japanese Garden where you will find another dazzling display of azaleas.
We will meet at the Visitors Center at 10:00 a.m. Guests are welcome!
Location: Washington Park Arboretum Visitor Center, 2300 Arboretum Dr E, Seattle, WA 98112
